As a Spanish Speaker.
This quarter in Spanish I have worked on my Mexican American presentation, separating it into two parts one being the Mexican American War and the other is the 1900s and a summary of all the specific movements that happened during that time. I made this separation because the history of the Mexican Americans in the United States is a lot longer that one powerpoint presentation, two even. But when I am making this I need to keep in mind that I can't put every little detail in this presentation no matter how important I think it is.

Meetings
During this quarter I have not met with Andrea as much as I wanted to, there were a lot of alpine races on Fridays as well as some BLAAMM events that prevented us from meeting. If I am honest I have a hard time talking to her, because she is so fluent I am kind of too embarrassed to say anything. But she is a very nice person and very excited so as we keep talking more often I will be able to talk more easily. As for meeting with Sage, we haven't met that much, which I understand. Sage has been really busy with her junior year, and I have been trying to keep up with my classes.
Reading and Writing
In terms of reading I have finished Los Cuatro Acuerdo which was near the beginning of this quarter. I then wrote a reflection on the book, I wrote about how the book helped me get through the winter then went into more detail about what each of the agreements helped me with. I only wrote a first draft of this which ended up to be two pages written. My plan for this is to type it up tp send to Adam so that we can talk about grammar structures and the correct use of tenses. In other news I have started reading El Marciano (the Martian in Spanish) for my new book. I have realized that I will not finish El marciano before I get out of High School and the embodies Spanish and I’s relationship, I learn Spanish to learn Spanish not to get a credit.
